The better trained your baristas are, the better the cup of coffee. That’s why, at Labroco Gourmet Coffee Supplier, we provide basic and advanced barista courses for professional baristas and hobbyists throughout the Mid North Coast—from Coffs Harbour to Tea Gardens.
Training can be provided either on-site or at our Nabiac facility. With our specialised training courses, trainees will learn the skills they need to brew a great cup of coffee. Barista Course Details

Basic barista course $125 - 3 hour course with all skill levels welcome.
What you will learn:
- Know the commercial coffee machines & equipment.
- Recipes for all drinks; espressos, cappuccinos, latte, flat white etc
- Start up and close down procedures including cleaning.
- Preparation of milk for all milk based coffees.
Advanced barista course $220 - This 2.5 hour course is designed for someone who has previously completed our Basic Barista training or has previous barista experience. Our course is designed to enhance coffee making skills and knowledge, get you up to date with the latest information and techniques with additional focus on latte art.
